How do I verify my account?
Open the verification link sent to your email address. Check your spam folder too. If you cannot find the message or the link does not work, contact us.
How do I add or change my avatar?
Sign in and open Settings to upload your avatar. Your profile also provides an avatar shortcut.
Settings →Where can I manage my uploads?
Open Creator Hub to complete unfinished uploads and check their status. Complete the required details and submit your upload for review. Encoding and approval do not automatically mean it is published.

Open My comments from your account menu to review and manage comments you posted.

Open Settings and expand Close my account. Read the closure date and content options before confirming.
Settings →Report / request removal
To report content or request removal, contact the site administrator. Include the page URL and a short explanation of the concern, such as missing consent, privacy, suspected underage content or copyright. You do not need an account to use Contact.
